My point wasn’t just based on sexuality but our identity, gender roles and societal views on women who are in this case ‘over sexualized’. As feminist oriented, I believe a woman has a right to express herself in a light she sees fit because women also have choices on how they want to be viewed and how they want to live. Being a woman is more than just being able to have the same rights, equal treatment and pay. I just don’t want some members of TGJ making out all women as Christian role models when chances are they’re not.
